A role that serves the entire country
Working at DNC means contributing to an activity on which Haitian households, businesses and public services depend daily. Our teams operate storage facilities, regional depots, a distribution fleet and a network of 52 service stations.
The company has in-house skills rarely brought together: operations and logistics, inventory control, engineering and construction of facilities, accounting and financial control, collections, and regional commercial development.
Positions are mainly based in Port-au-Prince and in our regional depots, as well as at sites in the retail network.
Our roles
Roles we are hiring for

Operations and logistics
Receiving and unloading, inventory management, shipping and coordination of deliveries between terminals, depots and stations.

Sales and regional development
Development of commercial and institutional clients, monitoring resellers and coverage of central, southern and northern markets.

Finance and accounting
General accounting, station accounting, financial control, treasury and collections.

Engineering and construction
Design, engineering and construction of stations and facilities, under the responsibility of a lead engineer.

Service stations
Operation of network sites: customer service, pump management, cash handling and compliance with procedures.

Administration and support
Human resources, administration, procurement and support functions at the Port-au-Prince headquarters.
What we expect
The profile we are looking for
Procedural rigour
In an activity where safety and product traceability are decisive, compliance with procedures is non-negotiable.
Service orientation
Our customers are motorists, transport operators, industrial clients and institutions; the quality of the relationship matters as much as the product.
Ability to work in the field
Some positions are carried out in depots, at stations or on regional rounds, not only in the office.
Integrity
Fuel management involves large volumes and high values; personal reliability is a hiring criterion.
